Article 1. Applicability

1.2 These General Terms and Conditions replace any previously applicable terms and conditions declared applicable to earlier agreements between the parties.
1.3 These Terms apply to all online offers, registrations, purchases and agreements concluded through this website, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Article 2. Offers, orders and agreements

2.2 An agreement is concluded when the Customer completes the registration or order process and receives confirmation on screen or via electronic communication.
Article 3. Conformity and service availability
3.1 Descriptions of the service, features, performance, availability and other characteristics are provided for informational purposes and are approximate.
3.2 Minor deviations, interruptions, updates or changes to content or functionality do not entitle the Customer to compensation or termination, unless required by applicable law.
Article 4. Affiliate and promotional rules
4.1 Affiliates or third parties promoting the service must comply with applicable laws, advertising standards and any additional promotional conditions provided.
4.2 Misleading, deceptive or non-compliant promotional practices may result in termination of cooperation and, where applicable, recovery of damages.

7.2 Payment is made using the payment method selected during registration. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate payment details and ensuring sufficient funds.
7.3 In the event of non-payment or failed collection, access to the service may be suspended or terminated.
Article 8. Force majeure
8.1 The service provider is not liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
8.2 Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, network failures, third-party service interruptions, power outages, cyber incidents, government measures or other external disruptions.
Article 9. Right of withdrawal
9.1 The statutory cooling-off period may not apply or may be limited where the service consists of digital content or services that are made available immediately after the Customer’s explicit consent.
9.2 Where applicable, information regarding withdrawal rights will be provided during the registration or purchase process.
Article 10. Liability
10.1 The service provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10.2 Where liability exists, it is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11.2 The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 12. Final provisions
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in the Customer’s country of residence provides otherwise.
12.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to the service or these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law prescribes a different jurisdiction.
12.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
